Ok, I'll be the first, Super slow-mo paused, & zoomed! Sure looks like a C6 only. I see light reflection on fascia not a scoop on hood, no flared fenders. Plus C6-Z's are REALLY, REALLY loud at WOT.
I'm not saying one car is faster, BOTH are killer rides, just don't think it's a Z, my .02

IF that wasn't a Z06, then how do we know it was a CL65, and not a CL55..
I believe a CL65 stock can walk away from pretty much anything less expensive that it, and many that are more expensive. Or so BBC top great seems to have proven with their review.

Wasn't that the same stretch of high where the same (or another black) CL 65 raced a modified (500 rwhp) Cobra and a modified Supra???

You make some irrefutable points, and therefor I've come the conclusion:
"This video fails to prove anything."
Except that CL looks nice.
It could have been a CL55... 02, 03, 04 etc.
Who knows, I'm not sweating over it though... and Andrew, you still fail to keep up with me; maybe we should post the video of my SL walking your Lambo? Just a thought...
