SL600 RennTech runs 11.25@125
Decided to play hookey today and run out to the track for a little test and tune. After making a few runs and playing with the tire pressures I ripped off this run (my all time best in the SL):

Here are the Atmospheric conditions and corrected times:

I have RENNTech ECU, Trans module and I'm running 17" 275 Mickey Thompson ET/Drag radials on stock SL500 wheels.

It looks like there's more to be had here. Your 0-60 time is more indicative of a mid-12-second run. Were you spinning the meats through most of first?

The number shown is the 0 to 60 feet which is 1.59s, the only car that I know of that will run 12's with that 60 is maybe an evo or a wrx.
An e55 with that 60ft will run mid 12's on the brakes.
So far no e55 that I know of has been able to 60ft in the 1.5's.

Look at the slip again. I1 is the 0-60 ft time. I2 is the 0-60 mph time. I3 is the 1/8 mile time. I was referring to I2, which is 4.678 seconds. With a 1/4 mile time of 11.25, his 0-60 mph time should be closer to 4.0 seconds with good traction.

Grumpy most if not all 1/4 mile tracks display in the following format.
0-60ft time=I1
0-330ft time=I2
0-1/8mle time or 660ft=I3
1/8 mile mph=I3 (mph)
0-1000ft=I4
1/4 mile et
1/4 mile mph.

The mph is only displayed at the 1/8 and 1/4 mile marks. I can understand why you got confused.

I think if RennTech went to Houston, he could possibly break into the 10's. That track is at sea level and there is a prevailing wind there that blows toward the finish line.

I was at Speedworld with RenntechV12 two weeks ago and another guy in our group brought his SL65 and he was running 11.15 with 1.5-60' times pretty consistantly. He had also been to see the local Renntech shop. These guys make me in my stock E55 look slow. Not to mention there is a Viper that goes along (twin turbo 1200+HP) that runs in the 10's on Street tires. Very cool!
