I finally got the airbox and tubes properly installed. I must give props to Victor because it really does look great. I'll be even more impressed if it makes my car go faster. I do have a little track date scheduled........

Dave.. That looks sweet!! I myself never get tired of seeing that setup being photographed and posted... Even if those parts didn't come from me, I swear MB should've made the car look like that from the factory.

just was sorting this forum by # of comments, thought it was a good subject with so many responses (and reads) - but ended up a bit 'flat' on results...

was there a dyno sheet produced?

if so - is there a sticky on mods and estimated HP/TQ gains?

I have read of gains of about 2 mph in the 1/4 mile from airbox alone.. Nothing else changed..

Yes indeed!! My manufacturer has it now and is working on making the mold to make it perfect. There are several kinks that need to be ironed out, so hopefully it will be done in the next 6-8 weeks.

I will add you to the list which I am sure will be long

Any idea on the cost yet? And will it eliminate the stock y-pipe like the Renntech box?

Yes it will eliminate the y-pipe and be one solid piece! As far as the price I will not have an estimate until the mold is completed successfully. I will be sure to keep you guys informed though

Yes down the road there will be! Might be six months though, but I am working hard on making the parts that are available spot on
