got my wheel today, got a bit of a shock when i grabbed the leather part and realised just how much thicker it is!

This shouldve been on the car from factory, full stop. The stock wheel is really just pathetic in such a beastly car, the MP looks and feels the real business!!

That looks great! I've been waiting for my AMG airbag for a while.. But I guess Steve forgot about me..

Also, what type of E55 do you have that has those instrument dials? You have grey needles on yours compared to the red ones I have and your dial faces look a different shade of white than mine..

Is this what the Euro faces look like?

 

Is there one for the C55 three spoke sport wheel?

 

i like the AMG airbag! brings the look of quality up again!

Whats the deal with these airbags again? how much, hard to get, group buy?!

 

The air bag was not a part of the group buy. i think the cost was about $750??

On my 06 it has the grey needles with the white backdrop. Its more of an off white color. Plus a 200MPH speedo.

 

Wow! they does look great!

I agree with everyone that the wheel should have been like this from the factory.

 

Mine has the red needles, too.
