MY E55 IS STOCK WITH M/T DR.
THE 350Z HAS A VORTECH SUPERCHARGER AND 100HP NOS.
I PULLED AWAY FROM THE 350Z IN 1ST AND 2ND GEAR.
FROM ABOUT THE 350M TO THE 400M MARK THE 350Z DID COME BACK @ ME BUT IT WAS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE .
THE RACE WAS OVER AND THE E55 WOn

there car is bone stock.
the only thing i changed was the tyres.
i have perfected the launch.
very few cars can beat me on launch.
that is were i win most of my races.
once u spook your oposition of the line there is a very good chance he is gonna panic over rev;miss a gear etc..
my best reaction time was 0.0031 sec.

with the vortech supercharger it makes 356kw
so both cars make similiar power.
but i think it comes down to traction; ratios and gearing
for gustav i have a video of a s55 driven by me kicking an e60 m5 a$$ over the 1/4 mile.
it is fully modified from headers;cams ; diff;nos...
that is the quickest m3 in s.a. and he is a mate of mine.
he runs 12.8 sec without nos and with nos 12.4sec.
i raced him on the road 2 weekends after matuba over 1.2km.
he came fully equiped with his slicks and i was on road tyres.
he out launched me about 2 cars and held it in first and second.
i passed him @ the end of 3rd and kept opening the gap on him.
u cannot compare the 2 cars as the m3 strenth is his launch only.

Amazing...time and time and time again, we nail him with this stuff, and he keeps coming back. We finally banned gustav....why not this guy?? He's not here to contribute, only to provoke and annoy with selective quoting and disinformation.

But I didn't want to say it was bone stock, because it isn't.
Zanger, I know exactly what mods Sameer has. He's also a buddy of mine. He told me when he beat you with & without the NOS. There are videos of both runs as well that the Zoopedup guys have.
I qualified for the finals in 6A, but I also own a 6B car. I was thinking more along the lines of a filmed race between you & Jacque's M6.

With zanger's reaction time and assuming nothing wrong w/ his car, how could he get beaten by the M3? Stock E55's w/ average driver are known to be in low to mid 12's.
On the line when they lined up this is how it went:
2006/07/30 15:04 Left Lane 8B09, ZANGER 13.011 179.01 (111mph) 0.935 NO
2006/07/30 15:04 Right Lane 6A24, SAMEER 12.918 173.9 (108mph) 0.765 NO
I believe Zanger ran 12.6 later on Thompsons. Well done there, that's a good time.
The M3's best time on the spray is 12.2 I believe.

No, you only said that it is naturally aspirated, when it isn't.
nos injection is forced induction. You also neglected to mention the heads, cam, etc...only said one thing about its state of tune, "naturally aspirated", which of course turns out to be false.
