2007 E63 Lease
It sounds good, but does that $6,000 include first payment? What is the money factor for this offer?

It's a bad idea to put money down on the front end of lease (other than what you have to, i.e., first payment, security deposit, etc.). If you happen to total it shortly thereafter the money is gone.

I got some similar offers but how do you walk out of the dealer with no money down. You have to least pay first month payment and fees

You're saying $999mo for 32 month lease w/ $6K down.

Man I am out the door with that car. Usually it would be $1100 monthly....

Thats before tax I would assume and IMO the 6k down is too much. For me the objective of leasing is minimal cash input. These cars are extremely soft (what luxo car isnt these days) and as soon as you drive off the lot the car depreciates more than 6k.

While the money factor is light the MBZ residuals are terribly high and you will be stuck in that lease IMO. The best day of this lease will be the first day and the last

well said.. Leases suck. But its the best way to stay ahead of the depreciation curve on these AMG's..

Check out Leasetrader/swapalease.. Must be 2 dozen people on there, all trying to get "out" of $1g+++ lease payments..

That's the only problem with lease. You are stuck until the lease ends!!!! unless someone takes over it but "who". Purchase is the only way to go and you can change or trade in your car anytime you want but you will loose more $$$.

I got quoted this deal by a leasing company.
2007 e63
p2, parktronics, blk on blk
msrp- $93K
33mo lease
12k miles per year
$1095/month tax included
The only out of pocket fee is bank fee, first payment , and registration.
Total out of pocket comes out to about $2,300.
By the way Sovereign quoted me $1600/mo for 39 months.
