Better eat your Wheaties that day, those bolts are on tight my friend! Some use the torque convertor housing to stop the crank from turning, some have the mb tool that holds the crank pulley itself.
You can get a mb crank pulley holder off ebay for 40 bucks.Compared to 300 at the dealer.Theres a link here on the forum where to get one on ebay. Our local DIY thread guy(whats his name?)has the link.

I was like, "That's it??!!!"
One of Ebay...not sure how good this one will work
**edit, keep in mind, he did have a 3 foot breaker bar attached to this pup, plus a torque wrench that was about 2 foot+ on the crank bolt. Still looked pretty easy though.
You should get the pulley holder for sure.
