The track opens up at 9am and runs until 4pm.

Hey, J. Sorry to hear about your car; I hope it gets straightened out soon. 
I'm looking forward to going to the track. We got skunked at US66 last week - they actually pulled us out of the line after 1.5 hrs of waiting to let another class run.
I'll post up times on Sunday.

Well, the weatherman is predicting a beautiful fall day for Saturday. Temps in the 50's and 60's, high pressure, low humidity.
Combine that with a true altitude of 662 ft. above sea level, and we should see some awesome times from the Kompressor cars.

12.13 @ 115, backed up with a 12.17 @ 115, 20 minutes later.
I also got edged out on one or two runs by a C32 w/N20 and a bunch of cool mods...(coughAMG-Jerrycough)

When you get a moment can you describe what factors slowed you during your run vs the C32? And on your best passes were you heads up?
what range did your car run 12.1-12.7? 111-115?

Great runs guys must of been amazingly empty to account for the mass of slips you attained.

yes ... from 9AM-3Pm we had 1/4 mile track for our selfs !!! Thanks Wayne !!!

Wow , did you get better? wayne has your car running real nicely. 60 ft time caused you to have a slow ET. Incredible R/T. Great stuff.
what was your personal best time?

It was super day at the track, I have no words to describe, everytime I look at the pics i have huge smile on my face my best personal time 13.65 I will try to get some drag radials for next time... my consern was spining wheels when changing gears from fist to second... yes i had all my renntech stuff next time i wil bring my stock amg intake will see if that will work any different... it was my first real time at the track so i was just trying to learn.... hope Wayne will work on videos I think we recorded a lot !!!

His car was difficult to hook on street tires. I got best results doing quite a bit of pedaling over the first 100 feet or so (seen in 60'), as going WOT would lay nothing but rubber down. I would like to try to make a pass without the sprintbooster to see if it's easier to modulate.

Here's a couple of slips. I was running Toyo T1R's in OEM size, 36 PSI, suspension comfort, trans in sport, ESP off.
In the afternoon, my MPH dropped off substantially, in the 111-113 range. Last slip was against a bike; his front tire was 6 inches off the ground until halfway through third gear.
