W211 AMG Discuss the W211 AMG's such as the E55 and the E63

I had a headlight replaced and it looks different from the other one, what do I do??

2005 E55 Black / Black Every available option except Sat radio
I had a headlight replaced and it looks different from the other one, what do I do??
I have the lighting package on my 2005 E55 with the cool orange lights inside. I also have HID headlights and they had to replace one under warranty and now it's crossed eyed in color. What the heck do I do??

I am really P.O.'s about it as well and I asked the guy if the lights look different and he was like they look they same but they don't. My wife who didn't even know I had it replaced said something is wrong with one of your lights and I was like God-Dangit, somebody Help me please........

The NEW..(REPLACEMENT) HID bulb needs burn in time..it should be ok...

I Have seen this SEVERAL Times..and it goes away with a few hours of use

Skooby, I thought all W211 E55's have the same interior (orange) lighting inside? I read the only difference is having hid versus halogen headlamps on the car.

I have my lights set to come on when the car is on and I've been driving it for weeks now, so this is not working. New lights

So How Many HOURS does the replacement bulb have...

When the lights are set to AUTO they ONLY come on when the sensor in the dash detects NO Light..NIGHT Time

I had my right headlight replaced under warranty because the cornering function of fog light didn't work well ... and therefore had the same colour difference issue cause they didn't change the other lamp, too..

they said it would be the same again after a certain number of switches

..it was last june
only since recently I do not perceive it anymore.

You can have you lights on all the time if you choose, car runs / lights on.
