Is their a thread on it? I'll let you know depending on the date...I'll be out of town 3rd week of October and 2nd week of November (golf, golf, golf!!!!). Plus I'll be gearing up for drag season (i.e. cool weather) in the next couple of weeks.

...We are sending them off tomorrow for the refinishing...I was walking around the car and realized the sills were the only part of the car with a lot of shine...

But be careful w/those beast eyes while driving (I tinted my fogs RED, & Highway Patrol threatened me w/$600 FINE if he saw me w/them on the vehicle again) though your vehicle codes could be different in Florida
Quick questions for you...where can I get the set up for a rear lcd for video? Is that an OEM upgrade?

The only thing I'm waiting for is for someone who can get me a bigger I/C, supercharger, and TCU modification (Com'n VRP come through for me!!!!!) and then I'll be set...

How about VRP VR700 ECU tune, Kleeman pulley (from K2 package), VRP 80mm TB, PTE thermostat, PTE phenolic spacers, VRP long tube headers, VRP straight pipe exhaust, VRP CF airbox/python tubes, VRP extreme belt wrap kit, VRP I/C upgrade, upgraded Johnson pump, Kleeman LSD, VRP cams, PTE ported and polished heads...whew...I think that's it for now...

I just got an email from installer and it looks like we are wrapping things up this week...tomorrow they will be finishing up the interior, the rear trunk lid will come back from upholstery and the steering wheel controller will be added inside the steering wheel. After that is done the car goes to the painter for cut and color sanding, then I am getting the front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, the whole hood, left and right front fenders covered w/ clear laminate shielding (X-pel or Venture shielding). After that final tuning to match my different musical tastes will be done.
Here are pics from Saturday...I'll have more on Tuesday or Wed.
Some body pics...The tail pipes look better in the sunlight...the rear trunk plate was reshot because the chrome trim was blacked out...Also got the car re-tinted...
The new re-upholstered rear deck w/nice detailed stitching...
The new location for the IR module for wireless headphones for rear passengers...
This is pretty trick...my installer's wiring guy is reworking the smart cord on my Passport 9500ix radar detector, which I piggybacked onto my K40, to hold the on/off button from the Beast's red eyes. The reworked smart cord will then be placed in the ashtray where they will reposition the cigarette lighter further back into the ashtray so I will be able to close the cover...

The LED lighting accents...before you say anything...the color of the illumination is more an aqua color...for some reason the picture came out and the color came out purplish. Don't worry...the illumination matches the color of the illuminated door sills that I have...
This trim will be illuminated too (pics on Tuesday with the whole trunk lit-up)...

ever thought about putting the 00-02 S-class/CL signal mirrors on there? They are more black... or even the 2009 CLS mirrors?
I think the signal mirrors on your E look out of place, some black ones would be sick! PS. I love the stitching work on your interior!
