Just had my SL600 on the dyno before I flashed the ECU/TCU. I got 453hp/530tq at the wheels stock (still need to get the "after" dyno). Assuming 18% (??) loss, I was getting ~550hp/645tq at the crank. The "advertised" numbers are 493/590.

I'm thinking with some stickier tires and a better launch I could maybe get it into the 12.4's?? What do you guys think I could run in it with 60ft times below 2 seconds?
Yeah, you could probably run 12.4-ish times with a 2.0-ish 60' on an otherwise stock SL55. My 60' times are 1.7 to 1.8 with corresponding 1/4 mile times of 11.9 to 12.1. That's with summer tires on a fairly heavily modded SL55.

Cool, dry air can also knock a tenth or two off the ET, so look for your best times in early spring or late fall.

Lots of guys run drag radials but they have obviously limited usefulness. Another option would be to get a set of four lightweight wheels and run either summer tires or R compound tires on them. That setup won't be as fast on a dragstrip but will make for a much better "Sunday driving" setup.

No I don't think you'd get a beat down, considering the SL600 weighs considerably more than your E55 211 3900-4100lbs vs SL600 4500-4600lbs

I'm dying to run 1 before I go to VRP & ECU her, I did run a CL63 @ frwy speeds & put a serious hurtin down also ran E63 which took me off the line (I just spun for a mili-sec) then ran him down @ frwy speeds, wanted to run again to get a more even launch but the E63 wasn't having it.

It's definitely quick. As mentioned though, it's ridiculously heavy for a two-seater...Also, I lose a lot in traction from a dig (of course, the 211 has that problem too...). You really need to feather the throttle.

At hwy speeds though, the torque is pretty outrageous. I have to get another dyno next week with the "new" ECU/TCU, but the car definitely pulls a lot harder now with the tune. Supposedly, I should be around ~515hp/~630tq at the wheels (625hp/770tq at the crank), we'll see if that's really the result. The guys I go to call their dyno the "heartbreaker", so I'm not as optimistic...

I doubt you'll be @ /~630tq at the wheels considering Vadim's dyno showed nearly identical stk results to your 600 and rwto never got past 590 rwto, we need cooling mods to run more boost, or/+ higher octane tune 93-100 to breach 600rwto w/this ECU tune

What does the K2 signify?

I'm not sure the differences are quite that much are they? I thought it was around 350lbs difference. Still a big amount.

Intellichoice and Edmunds both show 4,087 and 4,429 for the two curb weights.

You may very well be right. I'm just rolling with the numbers I have. Kleemann claims 775 and RennTech claims 745. Both of those convert to over 600 assuming 18%. Now, my 18% assumption could be total crap, and their "claims" could be total crap. I really need to just get the dang thing to the dyno to see. I will say that in 1st gear, I lose the tires initially (obviously), but then I chirp them AGAIN at 4,000 RPMs (still in 1st) when the turbos fully ramp up. It's crazy torque right around 4,000 RPMs.

BTW, I'm not sure what impact the TCU flash has on the peak tq numbers too. Vadim's dyno is only an ECU flash. I have both.

I do live in a cooler climate too, so in the middle of August I was able to dyno my car on a 75 degree day. Not sure what the quantitative impact of that is.

Wait your using Vadim's ECU & TCU? I read it was still in testing faze? if you do have his TCU it'll deff be worth another 35-40 rwto, what was the cost of Vadim's TCU ?? if your using Powerchip/Vadim's software why are you listing K2 upgrade ie Kleemann

Sorry, did I mention somewhere that I was using Powerchip? I have Kleemann's ECU and TCU flash. I sent my stuff out to Cory in Colorado. My bad, if I suggested otherwise.

Assuming I have 750 now, I'm scared to think what I'd need to do to get another 100! (and find a way to get it to the pavement!)
