Update: MHP ECU/TCU Tuning (Throttle Blipping, etc, DONE!)
Regardless come hell or high water we will run an 11 with just tuning before we move onto headers/CAI, etc.
Thanks
Andy
I guess you need a few more passes so before we can see the full potential of your tune. Either way, I think you did a good tuning job.
1) No brake stall, just flat stomping the gas.
2) 1500rpm brake stall
3) 2000rpm brake stall
I have a sneaking suspicion that I was overshooting the converter last night with the 2k launches (since I wasn't getting any spin like I would on a stock tire). Raising the stall speed and lowering my launch rpm may help a good bit. I guess we'll find out this week.
Thanks
Andy
Like Andy said, too much traffic to run for very long but enough to know that his car is a rocket. It was every bit as fast as mine today.
Good to meet you Andy. I hope we can hook up at the track next week and get some better numbers.

I trap consistently at 121-124mph at the track so I know I have a strong car. Like I said these were short runs and not well controlled but his car was every bit as fast as mine from 50mph to 110mph+.

I'm looking forward to the coming weeks at the strip, it would be great to meet up and make a few passes--also get you some seat time in my car.
The ****ty thing is even though ESP is supposed to be inactive it cuts in like a champ. Looks like I'm hitting the dealer again on Monday...

I run in DYNO mode which completely disables electronics. Sadly MB claims ESP is fully disabled on the new C63, but it is likely still interfering.
I think you will be suprised leaving off idle , feather the brake with the slightest pressure. Try and have the car roll out on 2nd yellow then hammer time

I think you're right, I will try to leave off idle and flash the converter w/out overshooting it next time--in addition to raising the stall speed as I said before. Hopefully my dealer can get the yaw sensor in and replaced in time for me to hit the track with the new tune this week.
Now I'm wondering if my dyno results are going to be affected if I dyno before I replace the yaw sensor.

LOL, I'd appreciate it. Jason?
Still going to tape the shifting tonight (less traffic) with a real camcorder but this should help in the meantime. Temp right now is around 80F.
Thanks
Andy

There were plenty of us that believed in you! Now all of the nay sayers have to shut their pie holes. The shift video, which showed your videography skill
, was exactly what you said it was going to be. Now I can't wait to feel the 7/8 that you are doing in JT's ECU/TCU.
