Nope no JD...just a Masters of Science in Taxation and a CPA in three states....which means that I have devoted more time than I care to go into having to know business law (required for licensure) and read more court cases than most attorneys.

Wow...you cut me to the quick... I am the pious forum savior... sent here from on high to vanquish the evil (sorry my attorney tells me I can't say... evil...)...I meant to say the really mean and grumpy Andy/MHP...
Yes I throw my $.02 in.. all the time.... I should really stop doing this... it is really knocking down the balance of my bank account.... you wouldn't think it would...but with all the times I throw it in an MHP thread.... I am just hemoragging pennies at a time....but hey...I am the savior...you have to do what you have to do....

Yeah we hade some issues with vendors modifying threads over at mymb. One solution is to have vendor dedicated and public rooms. You could have an MHP room that you moderate yourself and keep the haters out. It would be a haven for your clients.
