Nope no JD...just a Masters of Science in Taxation and a CPA in three states....which means that I have devoted more time than I care to go into having to know business law (required for licensure) and read more court cases than most attorneys.

You rent lawyers? I would have assumed with all your talk that there was at least one on board with you. You really should consider keeping one on staff. They can generally bring in enough money to sustain a salary.

Yeah we hade some issues with vendors modifying threads over at mymb. One solution is to have vendor dedicated and public rooms. You could have an MHP room that you moderate yourself and keep the haters out. It would be a haven for your clients.
