I agree 1,000%. At that performance point you're really picking nits. I'd take the style and sound of the M6 over the GTR having been able to get past the hype MACHINE that Nissan unleashed on the world.

yeah they are. but honestly that car does nothing for me, for the money i would rather take a M6 or a 997TT.
especially after the tranny issues surfaced, followed by the voided warrantees over the traction control. i don't understand why nissan would release it knowing that the tranny can not take more than 30 hard launches and ~15 launches starts causing issues not covered under warranty.
it's just funny because if you are buying a used one - "uh so how many launches are left in your GTR, ooh only 5 - well i'll give 10,000$ less for it "
especially after the tranny issues surfaced, followed by the voided warrantees over the traction control. i don't understand why nissan would release it knowing that the tranny can not take more than 30 hard launches and ~15 launches starts causing issues not covered under warranty.

Maybe I'm a grump, but I can't get by any video's with rap music dubbed into the background. I don't mind rap sometimes but its kinda ghey putting it into your race video. I wonder how much identitiy some of these people have outside their cars/internet as there is so much effort put into the show of it. I just want to hear combustion and see cars move. Coffee induced rant over...
