Brake Pads, help needed

I am needing to get new brake pads and someone told me to get the poterfield rs-4. I went to O'rielly's and PepBoys and the don't offer anything for our cars. Does anyone know where to get these pads for our cars at a reasonable price? I am leaning towards these pads cause they are a direct replacement for the factory ones. Also I've been told they make low dust which is the main reason I want them. Does anyone know of other pads and where to get them that will work with factory calapers and disc and make low dust*?

Thanks!

EBC Reds- I couldn't be happier. Ceramic, almost no dust, very quiet and priced right.

Took about 800 miles on my car for them to finally stop sqealing...but I have mostly interstate miles.

Was worried for a while, but they are quiet now and MUCH less brake dust.

This link should help: http://www.buybrakes.com/ebc/pad-app...edes-Benz.html

EBC claims the performance in stopping is slightly better than stock also. Do you guys notice any difference that have the EBC reds? I am also up for new brakes soon and looking to get the EBC reds.

There's definitely less dust then stock...for sure. As for biting, I would call it pretty close favoring the EBC's...need to justify my purchase . Seriously, not dealing with the brake dust is well worth the money alone. Hopes this helps.

Do the ones from Amazon come with the sensor that was mentioned? What is this sensor? How much would it cost to get it if the ones from Amazon don't include it?

$150 shipped for the fronts, and 80 shipped for the rears if you only need to order one axle.

It does have better stopping power once it warms up. When cold, it actually is kind of sluggish feeling.

It could also SEEM better since you are replacing worn pads with new pads.

From what I have learned, the Pagid pads that come with the AMGs stock are very good at stopping power...but horrid on dust.

how much for you to come up and put them on?
I cant stand the brake dust from the stock pads. After 1 day of driving, I can already see a coat of dust.

As good as OEM? I'm confused and I guess sticking with my Porterfields. They have WAAAYYY more bite than the OEM ones and don't hold nearly the heat. I can't believe you guys had me about to buy some EBCs thinking performance when all you care about is dust!!

How many miles have you guys put on your pads?
I have 25k miles on my current setup with one full day at the Race Track.
I would assume that I'm due for a new set of pads

I paid $500 for the front and rears and got them directly from them. More bite for sure, since they have 2 compunds you can buy. The RS-4s are for autocrossing and not even their race compound.

I can't speak to brake dust and noise, though because I don't notice them.
