More on the story, says he was racing a Porsche... they don't know what kind of Porsche. It's what I figured seeing his hazards were on... Guy in Porsche was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter...

Yeah, the name of the guy driving the Ferrari has not been released.

The guy driving the Porsche (1977 wtf? Like a old Porsche would come close to a F360 ), was identified as Jeffrey Kirby. His passenger, Lynn Marie Nobozny was also arrested. A quick google search brought up (a) Jeffrey Kirby account on Facebook, but I'm not a registered user so I don't know if it's the same guy.

I check over a Ferrarichat.com and Lamborghini-talk.com and the story isn't posted there. It's going to be interesting to see the full details of the story unfold... wonder if he was a member at either of those sites.

I'm having lunch w/ a NP officer today. Let you all know if there's anything that can be told. I used to live there, was down there on Sunday, forgot how many exotics you can see just passing through town. Sad, for him and apparently a female in the car was hurt badly also.

What is it with these Ferraris'? Anyone else recall the Enzo that was also split in half, on PCH awhile back? Racing an SLR I think... If they aren't catching fire looking pretty at stoplights, they are torn in half hitting light poles.
