FS: MP design steering wheel $550 takes it

Hey Guys,

It is definitely a well deserved upgrade for your E55.

I am not sure if the wheel does fit other AMG or Mercedes models.

Thanks,

yup, i got an all leather flat bottom wheel. Next I plan on taking getting all my interior trim switched to CF so a leather & wood steering wheel would not match up well.

Sounds like a nice deal. I wish I was in the market for upgrading right now...

You may want to add a pic here or tell what color wood and leather? I have the Birdseye maple with leather one and paid $1200 for it and love it. You should have no issue getting rid of it for that price.

There is a nice writeup on it here somewhere if you feel like doing it yourself....otherwise a dealership can do it in half an hour or so.

Its not hard at all to install the new wheel, a long allen wrench to take out the airbag, four screws holding the bracket inside the wheel, and one pretty big socket to take off the actual wheel.... reverse to install

I am not a mechanical genius by any stretch and I was able to install it. I can give you step by step directions and the exact tools that you will need to switch the wheel.
