Project CLS From ACG: Mission Complete! 722hp
At this time, I will happily say that we have basically completed Project CLS! Most will agree, that you are never fully done when modding ![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
This vehicle has had quite the journey, as the build has taken roughly 2 years from start to finish.
We started with a brand new stock 2007 CLS 63, have gone through 2 sets of headers, endless ecu tunes, dyno tuning and now end with a 722hp nitrous filled show car!!!!
Mods List:
Engine
RENNtech Custom tuned 91 octane file, and 100 octane file
RENNtech ECU Block (allows data logging and code reading)
ACG Long tube headers (will fit both E and CLS63's)
ACG 100 shot Nitrous Kit with safely switches (Wide band, fuel pressure, throttle position, and RPM rampping)
RENNtech Rear Mufflers
MPH 180 degree T-Stat
Cooling spacers
RENNtech Airbox (Coming next week)
Wheels/Brakes/Suspension:
20" Vellano VSE Brushed/Chrome (Show Wheels)
18" HRE C21 Black/High Polished (Track Wheels)
Brembo 8 piston Front BBK
Brembo 4 piston Rear BBK
RENNtech Toe Links
RENNtech Lowering Module
Quaife LSD
My apologizes for the lack of information right now, We're just so excited about the numbers that we hit!
Dyno sheets will get posted tomorrow, and we'll even get a dyno jet number for comparison reasons!
I'll post pictures and more specs later today or tomorrow, as the other half is complaining about dinner.

Look you doorstop noob....he did say these were early results and more info would be forthcoming. And as this is the de facto forum for mods, it IS the correct place to post. Perhaps you should just say "congrats" and leave it at that. What do you drive anyway ??
Cograts James - very impressive numbers. Did you guys dyno the car without the juice ??

The car has so much TQ that a TQ strap is being made and installed to keep the motor mount from ripping again High 500's tq N/A & over 650 tq on the juice
As of the last HP #'s just over 600 N/A also might add that so far all dyno pulls have been done on very hot days
The car is scary fast and the tq #'s are very very high even at the 2000-2500 rpm. These headers are FANTASTIC
A BIG THANKS to James and crew at ACG for all to long hours, days, months and years to get this car on the map. AND YES WE WILL BE AT THE TRACK

If you are racing here in AZ expect a DA of 3000-4000ft. With an NA car its a heart breaker. The tracks are just not fast out here this time of year. Do a really really hot long burnout if you want a chance at hooking up. Hope you kick some butt out there.

if u want some brag about 63 engines, i know someone who did bi-turbos for it and it reached 810hp ^_^, but the Tq were limited because the gearbot can't handle that much unlike the 5 speed one.
so, to talk about reaching high numbers, it is not the big of a deal. lo0ol
regards my friend for your acheivement.
if you wan information about the 63 turbo, i can get it for you, but believe me. it is hard to drive it in a line with that power @@

There are a lot of 'one-uppers' in this thread, lol.
Congrats on the build! Siiiick numbers for an E63! I can't wait to see some vids at the track.
