I have two dyno sessions scheduled for this week.
Wayne has been running these for some time now. Maybe he can chime in and post his comments.

I don't get the configuration of the O2 bungs in the photos. The upstream bung is sampling off of only one primary tube (not good), and the secondary bung is in the merge collector. Or is the concept here that these are both potential upstream bungs, and that the downstream bung will be installed by a catalyst in the system, or is it that these headers are not intended to be used with catalysts?

Its the proper set up for running no cats, but if someone wanted to have cats installed then you can just plug the front bong and have a catted section installed. Just came up with an idea for the Cali guys

Great headers, but more importantly Kick *** organization of bolts you have there. So simple yet I'm still fishing through a bucket everytime I need a bolt. Ugh, I need more room in the shop...

really? oh.....im not an expert on headers OR welding, but, just from looking at some of the pics, it almost looks MIG. I know my LET headers are TIG though, so i'll take your word for it lol. its probably a combination of my bad vision and the photograph!
also, did you guys use U-bends in fabricating these?
