I started a website of all the fake AMGs (and other rebadged cars) I've seen around, and where anyone can submit their own. Eventually, the site can become not only an organized photo gallery, but an information source to explain the true meaning of AMG (and other high-performance brands) to those not "in the know", and share tips on spotting posers on the street. I've gotten most of the kinks worked out, so I hope you all can take a look and let me know what you think.

I found a Police Interceptor badge lying around the other day and thought about putting it on the E55 for ****s n giggles. Also at Discount Auto they have mercedes-style letters, and I thought about putting the $ sign on the car just for lulz. I bet none of you've got a $55 AMG.

A buddy had an 01 E55. Same deal. No blower, but killer at the time. That's what made me look at the E55 in 2005!

Well, today as I was headed to work, in Stafford VA. I spotted a Black S Class, very nice looking car, merging on to I-95 South (The Mixing Bowl in Springfield). I'm in the far left lane, and he's in the far right lane, so he really didn't see me. He eventually passes me up and gets in front of me. Then I notice that it a S550, from the brake calipers, an Asian guy was driving. Once he's in front of me in the left lane, I spotted the S63 and AMG emblems on the trunk. And I said POSER!!!. I tried catching up to him, but other cars have moved in front of me. So I had to change lanes and quickly catch up to him, and took these photos, mind you there not good. As you can barely make it out, but you get my point. When I finally passed him, so that he could see, that I was driving a real AMG, he quickly slow down, and remained a 1/4 miles behind me. He was so busted and he know it, I then saw him getting off and Route 1 in Woodbridge, VA. Have you ever seen a S63 without Quad exhaust

Another "Dual DB" poser. Not even sure it's a real CLK 500. That badge is pretty 'cattywampus' So is the AMG badge.. Gotta love the AMG license plate surround as well. To make it worse, he's driving on "Bald Eagle" tires.. What a butt munch. Buy some tires so if it rains you dont hydroplane...
