You are not Mercedes or AMG. Just because you bolt on [what you believe] are the missing parts between your car and a real AMG, does not in fact make your car an AMG.

Same applies to your 550. It was built by Mercedes, NOT by AMG. You do understand that AMG has its own factory in Affalterbach, yes? Every AMG car comes OUT of that factory.
Yours did not.

you undesrand that AMG was not a part of mercedes it was a company by itself and then they signed a contract. So if i make a better car than AMG did using amg parts im a poser?

If you make your car faster than an AMG you can badge it with "Powered by Johnny" or "Mikey-Tech" or whatever but it does not qualify for an AMG badge unless it came like that from the factory.

Mercedes already bought AMG has their tune division years ago. And each AMG car has their model. If you put Brabus parts and badge it as Brabus then its fine. Some people has Kleemann tune and put Kleemann badge. But AMG is like a model of a particular car.

last time i checked 09 clk550 cost more than 2007 clk55 amg lol so i guess i payed more. Im gonn go pretend im a clk55 amg while my car has the same engine same body style and more Hp from the factory....
and dont even bother with your stupid analogy c300 and c63 AMg they only have same body, engines are no the same.
When im done by poser transformation i will be more than happy to send you a picture so you can point out what will give it away from a clk55.

I really don't know why I, or whomever else is arguing with you is even doing so to begin with, you are simply the exact opposite of your avatar. CLK 500(Gone), C63 FTW!
I used to own CLK 500, and I could careless about AMG or not...yes, I had AMG appearance, but for me...I dont think I am going to put AMG badge on my car..reason? Not sure, but I dont feel like being called a poser...ultimately, I dont think CLK 550 got the AMG tuned suspension, Brakes, Exhaust, Interior, Air Intake??, Speedometer (Dial), exhaust note.

Yes- it really is. I have an 05 4matic e500 and an 05 e55. I like each car for what they are. I wouldn't rebadge either for the other. You are both a poser and either extremely ignorant or trolling by acting like you don't know why anyone is calling you out.

Hmmm, this guy on eBay keeps insisting his car is an actual AMG (?) Is it? Or is it not? I guess only his mechanic knows for sure. Or maybe it's a rare version I've never heard of before.

And by adding the AMG and dropping the "0" from your badge is posing and doesnt make you an AMG, even if technically by numbers its faster then the older model. Anyone looking at your newer model is gonna say. They didnt even make the CLK 55 in that year. It became a CLK 63 , so a pose is a pose and you my freind would be posing!
