Last chance to stop me before I buy GTR
I've kept my E55 for the trips to the Mall and family dinners out, but the
GT-R keeps me grinning from ear to ear every time I get into it and flick the left gear shift paddle once or twice to hear my Y-pipe!

I had a student at Summit Point Raceway with a new GTR; instructors drive the cars initially and all I can say is...wow! Most of you guys driving this car on the street are not doing it any justice whatsoever...take it to a track event and really get to "know" the car!

I'm looking for a tune though that'll make it a bit easier to drive in traffic while switching lanes. Maybe have the engine itself make more power on its own before the turbo's build enough boost or something. Right now its scary to try and do fast lane changes when starting from a stop or very slow as it wont get speed fast enough.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Z06 if you truly wanna mess with the big boys .
And if you got nuts buck up for the ZR 1 and you will be on another level IMO .

Enjoy the ride.
P.S: To the guy who said Z06's are "played out"
You can't be serious? Cars like the Z06 aren't "trends", it's like saying AMG is played out.

Drive it at 2000RPM in any gear and one flick of the paddle and you are on close to full boost at 3000RPM- it gets scary almost immediately.

It's like members who say things like "that's car's old news" or conversely "the next big thing." They're posers in the braggart sense and NOT enthusiasts...

All I know is the car does a great job of giving you that "Jeykll & Hyde" feeling, totally easy-to-drive and "normal" feeling when you want it to be, and turns into a monster when you want it to as well.
