From a 63 engine if I remove my primary cats and secondary cats, plus do a custom ECU tune for those mods? I already have the resonator and charcoal filters removed and K&Ns installed...

Privet. Just curious, why did you remove the charcoal filters?

Go ahead and get a straight through muffler outback for better flow, like magnaflow and you will see around 10-15rwhp imo. That is what I gained roughly on my E55 but that is supercharged so you may see a slightly less gain but it will sound intense.

Privet! On 63 engines, they installed a secondary charcoal filter in the engine bay for emission purposes. They just restrict airflow, so I pulled them out.

How do I go about buying this straight through muffler from Magnaflow? I haven't seen them around and I can't find this on a website. Any ideas?
