2004 E55 AMG
Silver, Yellow, or Red? Opinions Please.
Brake calipers:
1) Red with white AMG logo
2) Stock
3) Yellow with black AMG logo
Sort of caught between all of them. Neighbors came over and the concensus is currently red. No black calipers, not even in the running. As everyone enjoys tossing out their opinion, I am asking for yours as many here have good taste. Of course ultimately the choice is mine.

Leave it stock --- if you must change the color -- You dont want to hear it -- but i would do black ----- and take down the Toyota Banner -a mean Lexus

Red is really played out. Yellow looks good, but I think the silver looks "money".

Yea keep it stock or go blue or black but then smoke out the tail lights and all the emblems and it would fit all together. Mine are red because it's a black car but if it was silver I'd have everything murdered out and the calipers black with white brembo lettering. This car is just light all around and anything dark would just look odd. Maybe a nice orange to be festive with the season?

I'd rather be different and "ricey" then a dime a dozen. Yeah... a Silver AMG with silver calipers-- real unique.

Given that your car is silver and your rims are the color they are...I would stick to stock...

If I had to choose I think i'd go with red. yellow won't look bad though; plenty of silver porsche's with ceramics and they certainly don't look bad.

I have a silver E55 and went with graphite calipers. Looks unique but stays classy, IMHO. I'm not a big fan of bright colors, but then again large calipers are made to stand-out so I understand why some folks like the bright colors.

I would leave it stock. The only "yellow" caliper I like is the gold anodized Brembo color. If you have real Brembo's then whatever color they come in is ok as You arent posing.
I agree on removing the toyota banner as I have never wanted to own a Jap car. I know they are nice and have good reputations but I have stayed with German cars my entire adult life and wont change now.

Here is a pic I borrowed from another thread here with yellow calipers on a silver car. Thanks Godfather! Anyone have a silver with red calipers? Thanks for the Blue shots above. Sp far it appears most really like the silver stock color-so does my wife, not that she drives it much.
