So i got this code that pops up on my dash every time i start up the car don't know how to reset it is there anybody that has had this code come up and if so do u know how to reset it. I would appreciate if anybody could help me out with this thanks in advance by the way my car is a 2005 E55.

I have the same problem. I changed oil myself a week late after being out of town. Any ideas?

you have to go into the FSS menu and reset it. I have the pdf file at work on how to reset service reminder will post it tomorrow.

FSS reset won't get rid of that msg...
i had 2 of them come up... that msg is not meant for US MBs...
just go to dealer and have them remove it for ya...

YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE W/ A SDS GO INTO THE CLUSTER AND CHANGE THE DATE FOR THE INSPECTION,I CAN'T REMEMBER THE EXACT LOCATION IN THE CLUSTER BUT IT'S NOT TO HARD TO FIGURE OUT.PROGRAM THE DATE FOR ABOUT 20-50 YEARS IN ADVANCE AND YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT MESSAGE AGAIN.
