PMed you, BelaMeca.

Theeddie,
Yes, this replaces your OEM diffuser. You use the same mounting points as the OEM diffusers. You do have to line up our CF diffuser with your rear bumper and drill holes on our CF diffusers.

My bad guys. This piece is actually an addon to your OEM diffuser. Just use double sided tapes!!
will upload more pictures shortly

Are you sure about that! I think it would look a little bulky. The piece looks like the others sold from China and you have to remove the rear factory diffuser. You are positive it taper right on the the stock diffuser? That does not sound right. Better be some strong *** tape.

question My stock diffuser melted on the right side(due to excessive heat coming from my missing tail pipe(Long *** story) any how basically i ripped off the melted piece.
my question is:

should I completely remove the rest of the OEM diffuser??? Which makes more sense

or leave it???

also if i pay today how long before it reaches NYC?

I am very interested & am ready to pull the trigger. The only issue i have is fitment. Do you guarantee that, if properly installed, the fitment is perfect? I do not want to buy something that has a tendency to peel at the corners, etc.

Does it come loaded with 3M tape?

I had this diffuser on my E55 last year. There's no way it will ever stay on with just 3M double tape. You do have to remove the OEM plastic piece, than use some tape and screws. You must drill into the lower bumper and attached with screws.. There were a few guys including myself who installed these, and they all needed screws.

Excellent price ! I bought from JBSpeed much more expensive.
You have to use 6 screws, 3M tape is imposible, not easy to install IMO
