Need to know what part this is!!!

Mercedes does not have the part number on file and it is making a very strange clicking noise and a high pitch whine. I am trying to diagnose why the car wont start and would like to know what the part is before I change the CPS.

I circled the part in red. Thanks alot.

thats your tb,take the intake y pipe out and look if it sucked up the rubber gasket thats at the opening and jammed the blade stuck.

also make sure its plugged in.

I dont know the part number but that should be an easy one to get. When I was looking for the 82mmtb the dealer was looking up lots of different ones for me.

do you have a scan tool?If you do take a look at your tps %,

Actually, it looks like an idle motor on the throttle body to me, but I do't have an E yet to verify.

No I got in there took off the hoses turned on the car and no blockages and the blade was moving without a problem but still had that high pitched noise??? Car still will crank but won't start so time to get the Crankshaft position sensor and give that a try. Anyone have any thoughts what it may be if not the TB or CPS.
