$4000 is a felony. Someone needs to ship out the goods or start greasing up his a$$h01e. The clock is ticking.

This is something you need to do. In the link I gave you, you need to select the email client or site you are using. (Gmail, outlook, mac mail, etc)

I'm not this computer savvy. What does this information tell us? Also, I just checked whitepages.com for Sergio Ceja and the address came up as:

Sergio T Ceja Jr

I was trying to get some sort of IP address location, the best I could do was Illinois, seeing as it was a cell phone.

Looks like that's a pretty good address right there... if you got Illinois.

There's no reason to post his family's info. He deserves a knuckle sandwich but you should ask mods to remove his fam's info from here.

I'd seriously have problems with anyone who posted ANY of my fams info on a public forum, his fam has nothing to do with this...

Why would anyone post your family's info? Did you scam someone?

I don't know man, think about it, If his family gets involved they might lite a fire under this guys *** and force him to make right, if his family has no clue of what he is doing, what does he care if a few guys on a forum are pissed. I say leave the info up.

You know what I mean. I'm not sticking up for that scum bag, just saying there's 0 reason to post his fam's info.

I would agree. However, a few guys on this forum can take things out of context. Did his sister market the headers for sale or receive any payment for them? I doubt it. So, why should ANYONE here have the ability to contact her about it.

Thank you for the OP for warning us all about this POS. If anyone has a problem with him they should knock on his door and take it up with him, not his sister or dad or anyone that didn't have anything to do with it.

I definitely don't want to do this guy or his family any physical harm. However, I, along with the others who got scammed by Sergio, definitely want our money refunded and legal repercussions to be taken. He is still answering some of my emails. Like I told him yesterday, he has until Sunday night to refund my money or I am making a claim with the IL FBI and calling the Chicago police. I think those steps are fair.

Something doesn't add up here, why would a guy who knowingly scammed a bunch of people on this forum continue to respond to your emails. It just doesnt make sense.

I agree, it doesn't. He's also responded to CSanders emails and told him the same thing regarding a refund (48 hours from yesterday).

Come on people, both Ochoa and Ceja are really common names. It's like finding John Smith.

https://mbworld.org/forums/4183344-post8.html

https://mbworld.org/forums/4183513-post20.html

You're posting info and pics of people that have no connection. It's like swatting flies in the dark.

In the meantime the OP has a potential name and a potential address. And he's doing the right thing by contacting the seller, letting him respond, and then contacting the authorities. That's all anybody can do for now.

If somebody lives in the area, then they could check the address to see if the seller actually lives there. But if you're a pro scammer and really good at what you're doing, you don't send an empty box with your own return address on it.

Again, not sure if he is a professional scammer or not. After I told him I was going to take legal action, he emailed me saying he lost his job and got desperate; highly doubtful that this is the truth but who knows. CSanders and I think the address is accurate (or at least somehow related to him) due to the fact that skratch77 actually received headers from Sergio and the receipt used to ship them from Kleemann to Sergio had this address. Plus, the whitepages.com address is identical as well. At least that gives me something to go on w/ the authorities.

Makes me wonder if he took money from several of you, bought 1 set of headers with the pooled money, pocketed the remaining cash, and had them shipped out so he could say he actually shipped some headers

He emailed me and rlh that he would refund us our money in 48 hours. I am no pay pal expert so someone will need to chime in and tell me if this sounds accurate. Does it take 48 hours?
