H&R and Eibach just don't have the same buying power when it comes to aluminum and they cannot possibly get it at the same pricing as we do. We also have some idle 2 axis machines so it made sense to get them online and start using them.
Now you can take advantage of that and you have a source for very low cost wheel spacers. If you need any just let us know.

You are right though that a lot of spacers do not come with that and that can only lead to problems. By having that on the hub you are guaranteeing that the hub is centered on the wheel, without that the wheel has the chance of wobbling really badly if it is not centered correctly. A lot of people rely on lugs alone to center the wheel but that is no good.

My buddy got a set from ebay and they didn't have the lips, basically a big washer with 5 holes in that case and good luck lining up 50lbs of wheel/tire without it...
Echo the statement on sizes? I need a set of 5mm spacers, +/- 1mm. Is that possible?

+1 on those sizes. Maybe even 8mm also. You start pushing out smaller sizes and you will definitely have my business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. The best part is you guys are on the east coast. You will get tons of business cuz of that alone. No more waiting for guys in Cali...

I brought up doing smaller spacers and was told that it isnt a problem. They are going to see if they can source aluminum from, another job that get's left over and would be ideal to use to make these sizes. That is how we are making the other ones so cheaply, because we have aluminum that is almost cut to those thickness's to begin with so it takes very little work on the machine and there is virtually no waste. The first thing to determine the cost of the spacers is the initial piece of aluminum that is being used, after that it depends on the amount of machining and finishing that goes into producing each piece.

I am running a 15MM H&R spacer on RIAL wheels. The stock lug is flush with the wheels/Spacer combo. So I am kinda guessing..
The stock Lug is about 1 1/8 inch (28.6MM)
28.6mm + 13mm
So with this bang up math equation, I think I need about: 41.5mm ?
Does this sound right. That would give me 13mm into the hub
What do you think?
