Becareful with the numbers you get, as they do not reflect the options packages on the car and it does make a difference. Otherwise best of luck, I have been hawking ebay a while to get a good idea. Looks like an 08 well equiped Pano and P2 with 6k miles asking $59k and its a rare white. Thats not a bad buy with those miles

What are you talking about? The average price of the 07 E63s is $36k. The average price of the 06 E55s is 31k. That is a 5k spread.

Good grief. I just hit 59k on mine. I guess the good news is swapping to a 2011 in 2014. I just gotta have the MCT and front coil overs eventually. Of course by then the TT will be in the E, which should get me a better deal!

BTW, what does the 8g, "letter", and "yes/no" mean at the end of those lines?

 

Those aren't that bad...'07 still retails above $40K easily...Maybe not with 59K on it, but I've seen them going for a good chunk over $40K...

 

If you take out the 2 high mileage cars it's a lot higher average for 2007...Whats more strange is that none of those '06s have mileage as high as the top 2 '07s...

 

a week ago for $45.5k. BUT: Designo graphite, pano, lots of warranty left, and some other goodies. Again, the cars that you see in the lane do NOT look like the cars that you guys like to look at in your pictures here. They need service, cleaining, dinging, books, and keys, and usually tires and some wheel repair. There is the rare exception---but that car will bring ALL the money at the auction. Recon and TLC takes money and time.
You can almost never pay too much for quality. You can just about never pay too little for an average car.

 

06 is about $30K in the market price
07 is about $42k in the market price and you are talking only little different ?

Guys, remember these are WHOLESALE prices dealers paid recently at auctions. They do not include optional equipment listings, condition reports, or service items needed, all of which materially affect what price a car will bring, hence the large swings in prices for what appear to be similar cars.

Yes/No means whether or not a car was included in the average MMR tabulations for the year/model. 8G should be 7G for auto transmission.

I would use KBB.com to gauge retail values with options, condition, mileage etc. KBB will be much closer to what one should expect to pay at the dealer or to a private party seller.

 

as these folks just don't have any idea what these cars look like when they offlload at the dealership. Or how much time and money it takes to get them right.
But 8G has nothing to do with tranny. That is the "a" for automatic. The 8 G means 8 cyl gasoline.

2007. One of the nicest I have seen anywhere with great equipment, and superb condition.
