I've had mine for 10 months and my first and only claim was the supercharger chirp, along with some new pulley bearings, a couple TPMS sensors and a TPMS main unit, totalled $7817 in repairs so I'm waiting for the 'You're done' letter. I doubt mine will be accompanied by a refund though...

Plus, your refund should be based on TIME, not amount in repairs I would think.

Are you going to sell the car now Tal?
I have owned mine for 6 months without warranty and all I do is pull it out the garage, power on the tunes, wash it, wax it and pull it back in. With doing that is still cost me $1,200 in repairs.

No, I love it too much and have too much $$$ in mods to get any of it back so I'll keep it for now. And Craig from RPM north found me a great warranty so I'll most likely pick that up even though it is 2X the cost of my CSC...
I don't have the ability to scan at home but here you go word for word (I just X'd out what isn't relavent):

This is going to be interesting. I have had mine since last October and only have 2 payments left on it. How much you want to bet they let me make the last 2 payments then cancel it on me?

This is really strange....has anyone verified that the contract states that they're able to cancel it, for any reason?
Also, even if they do, is that an unenforceable contract? It would seem to me that a contract is a contract, but maybe they can find a way to weasel out of it....very odd. Any legal eagles on here care to opine on the legality (or not) of their doing this?

My current warranty is not through Chrysler. My past warranty for another car was not Chrysler either, but both spelled out their cancellation terms and neither stated that they could cancel it whenever they wanted unless it was the owner's fault (failure to maintain car, false info on application, car accident). My current warranty says they can only cancel with no reason if it is within 60 days of the warrantly inception. If Chrysler's warranty has similar provisions and they are not holding up their end of the contract, they are breaching it. You should look into a class action suit against them if it starts to affect alot of people.

Just called chrysler
I just got off the phone with chrysler contract and mine is still active, mine is the maximum care 60/70. I explained the issues some people on the forum are having and he said they may want to call and see why, also he states that it could be other issues why it may be cancelled. One reason could be false info on signing up, obvious modification to the car (if an inspector has ben sent out), or the dealer wants to be an a$$ and report mods.

Oliverk, on what are you basing your opinion? I've just read a CSC contract through and through 3 times, and the only out they have is if the vehicle is found to be ineligible for coverage.
Since the things which would render a vehicle inelligible for coverage are explicitly spelled out in the contract and do not explicitly state "for any reason", I'm wondering why you're claiming this is so. Tia...

I've owned the car for two years now, already out of warranty when I bought it. The major repairs so far are replacing one rear airmatic strut, two rear shocks, one rear caliper, alternator.

Because there insuring you, and and insurer can cancel a contract whenever they want, same as you can leave the contract. the only difference is they will give you pro-rata and if you cancel you get short rate.
