e63 2007 transmission fluid leaking and other problems

i find out today that my e63 amg is leaking transmission fluid and the other problem is that it doesn't perform from gear 1-2. while at a red light today when it turned green i pressed the gas normally and the car just jumps and started to shaking which got me worried. if someone could help me out i would appreciate that

Have you ever had the transmission fluid changed?

MB made it impossible (nearly) to do yourself, so take it to the dealer.

If it has been changed recently, then hope the leak is the oil pan and the dealer warrantees their work.

If it needs changing, once again hope it is the oil pan, because the gasket is changed during an oil change on the tranny.

If it is a gasket on one shaft or the other, then you are indeed "shafted".

I myself have a slow leak somewhere I need to track. It is so slow that it simply wets half of the back panel under the engine after 6 months. About a tablespoon maybe. Good luck.

I understand posting here. Although the 2007 E63 and the 2010 E63 do not share a transmission, neither does it share with the E55. You are likely to get a better answer in the C63 forum.

As long as its under warranty dont worry . MAke sure you check the car out when picking up and take for a short spin and bring back too dealer to make sure no issues before you leave.

When my car was picked up after trans replacment it was gushing oil and had to be brought back , Good thing Bruce from TTM video taped it so dealer could not try and bs their way out of it .

i had almost similar issues , 1st and 2nd slipping .

I have had the same. My car had the oil leaks fixed from the smaller pan and sensor last week. 2 nights ago at a light I pressed the gas and the car rpm raced up and the car went very slow, I was surprised for it was an odd feeling. As I figured out something off I realized my paddle shifters did not work nor my transmission button. I inched the car until I could pull over. I turned of the car waited a few min. and restarted and everything seems to be fine. Almost seemed like a clutch slipping but when restarted not any different from before. 2 weeks ago had service E done
