Two Fake AMGs in My Neighborhood
Wow...I was walking the dog the other night and came across two parked MBs with AMG badges on them that clearly weren't AMGs. What is it up here in Boyds/Germantown with the fake badges? To date in the local area I've counted four (4) AMG fakes within the last 60 days.

so what? its their car/property, I never understood why someone would take such offense to what someone else does to their own property. I see stuff like that all the time also.

I agreed if they want to drive a fake AMG , Oh well let them they know it not real . Just like we do and remember imitation is the best forum of flattery. They probably want to get one day, At least their driving a Mercedes-Benz Badm

When i see rebadged cars that are not what they are, i LOL inside and wonder what else in their life do they fake? If i spot them driving and the car i'm in is the real deal, i make eye contact and shake my head to let them know Pa-lease and go about my way.

I agree, it's their car and their money. At the end of the day you'd have to be a loser yourself to go out of your way to "put them to shame". I mean WOW, you have really effecting the world we live in and improved our quality of life and health *eyes roll*. Actually I LIKE people who do that, not everyone can afford to own and run an AMG but want a head turning car, it's still a Mercedes. By the way according to what you're saying Renntech and such should not badge their cars AMG if they've made severe modifications, I mean just because the car started life as an AMG (which it didn't) it shouldn't get to keep that badge if not stock. A W211 E55 shares the chassis with the W211 E500, sure suspension, sways, brakes etc are different but the barebone car is the same.

I don't think people take offense, they just like to call out stupid people and then laugh about it. Heck, I had to take off my Maybach badge after being called out. Also, please do something about your sig. I have to scroll down 3/4th's of a page on my iPad just to get past your list of previous cars.
