E63 front end conversion guys and Parktronic assistance needed

Ok Guys, Iam going to tackle the E63 Front end conversion soon. After doing some reading I have a few questions for you guys that have done it. Your answers and opinions are appreiciated

-Can I really retain my Parktronic? How is ita pita etc...
-Do you guys think the fogs or Led running lights are better?
-I have found some good parts lists so I think I'am good there....

So...

1. Yes you can, it is not extremely difficult, but definitely annoying removing the brackets that come on the bumper and need to be removed. Buy the correct brackets that have the adhesive on the back and they will be used to hold your existing sensors.

2. I personally have the stock round set up with the 68-smd LED bulbs inside instead of the h7 bulb. The LED lights are very hard to get from Japan.

Do you have a part number on the correct brackets that have the adhesive on the back?

Thanks!

Order 6 of the brackets and that is it. I actually removed the existing brackets that come on the e63 bumper today and it took a whole 3 minutes with a flat tip screw driver.

Here is the list I found from Mikey33. So everything is needed to complete the install on that list I'am assuming its not missing anything..?

Hey, this is the exact list of items I am ordering from parts.com, the only things I did not order were the splash shield/engine under tray which is not needed, fog lights (ordering the depo on eBay), and the retaining clips for mesh which they did not have (Text in Red). The parktronic sensors are included in this list for cars that have the feature.

The total from parts.com is $1880.14 before shipping costs + $150 for the fog lights.

Depo Fog Lights from eBay: $150 shipped http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2007-...Q5fAccessories

Yeah, you can buy them from Jonari, but time to receive them is about 4 weeks, so I passed and went with the stock set-up which looks better imho.

Hi Steve, all the parts are correct except for the bumper cover. The correct part # is 211-885-41-25 (parktronic bumper) which I updated on my E63 conversion page. The part # for the hella fog lights from pelicanparts.com is 2308200556 and you need to order 2 of them as they are both the same unit. Besides those two things everything is complete on this list!
