I ordered a heat exchanger from him. When it arrived he invited me over to his house and installed it for free. 
He also bought me lunch.. Now that is what I call customer service. Once again, thanks to Jake and the other guys at Eurocharged

Since we're all giving praise to EC crew, I will also say that they are A+ in my book. Whether its Jerry or Jake, they are always ready to go out of their way to lend a helping hand. Product, customer service, pricing, EC is the way to go.

3-five-five/ TUNDRA/ 07 997 cab
After he tuned my Pcar, I had to take him to strip bars all night in a pouring rainstorm while Jake followed half in the bag on slicks looking like he was on ice the entire time! Oh and then there was the 180 he did on a major freeway in the rainstorm due to the slicks!
