This might be a stupid question, but would it be possible to mount two TBs on the two intake tubes at the front of the engine where there is more room? That is how my Viper twinscrew SC is setup and it is similar to the basic e55 layout with the exception of the location of the TB.
You would need to mechanically link the two TBs and figure out how to run the TPS off one of them. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do but I am also not very familiar with the e55 SC setup.

Actually, now that I take a closer look, the TBs would be difficult to link together on the e55 due to the wide spacing that the intake pipes must follow.

My 82 was actually ported by maxbore and measured 85mm and I also did the shaft grind so that could have played a part. The 90 had no work done to it. No CEL's and I did do the rpm increase thru star and also reinitialized the adaptations as well so that it could properly calibrate. The good part of the 90 is that it holds the peak power longer since before it my peak would drop off at around 5800rpm but with the 90 it now happens at 6300.

I mocked it up so it can fit. Problem is getting it to idle which will be next to impossible. You don't need more than a 90 with the stock blower anyway. It will run out of air before the TB does.

The 90 is nothing like the 82 conversion and requires basically 1.5-2" worth of the inlet to be refabricated. The 90 is so big that it is actually larger than the MB casting. You can see it in the pictures that I posted earlier in the thread. The connectors can be purchased from a dodge and mercedes dealership and need to be soldered together. It is not a plug and play situation like the 82 but obviously not impossible either. As mentioned, you will need a custom Y-pipe as well.
One thing to note, is that in order to get these gains, you have to be "choking" the 82mm. I believe Forrest is running a 180mm crank with the smaller upper pulley which would be equivalent to a 195mm. You shouldn't expect to achieve similar results with just a 180mm or smaller pulley since its likely that the 82 tb is enough.

If they can't help you, PM me and I will get you sorted. The connector isn't that cheap from MB and Dodge isn't that much better. It will be about $100-$150 when all said and done. Also, if you need an inlet done for the 90, I have a shop that can do it but as Hulk said, its not like an adapter plate and costs some $$$.
