Angry Would someone tells me how the meth kit still pump water/meth?

Well, yesterday started and today was confirmed a while ago. My meth kit pumps the water even when the circuit is cut through the switch that I have. How I confirmed it? Ok, here it is:

- noticed the meth tank got empty fast, I said ok, coz i turned it on while driving on highway to dubai and I went upto 220 km/hr speed sometimes on average speed of 160 km/hr.

- I filled once again with water coz i don't want the tank empty and water better than nothing for cooling.

- Just went out for couple of runs on street, and car started to buck (i hope i used the right word) and smoke came out, here I said, ok, maybe water mixture is not good with my current nozzle (D7 = 4XX cc/min as per devil's own), also on top of that, the water run out the tank soooooooo fast !!!!!!!!!

- Here I stopped, and started to investigate, what might went wrong so that water goes fast?

- I disconnect the circuit of meth kit, but the shock that water was still continue to go out of the tank and it is clear that it goes out of the nozzle and into the engine, and water levels in the tank goes lower and lower as I drive and the car bucks again as i believe the water flows in while low rpms and pressure on engine.

- Finally, I disconnected the switched completely and made open circuit but the problems continue till now.

Before I take the care to the tech, anyone has explanation or comment ?!

The meth is completely off (so the pump as it is open circuit) but still water flows, how?

Based on your description it sounds like your check valve or solenoid is stuck open.

I suspect the check valve is damaged too, but even after switching the kit off? How would the liquid flow from the trunk of the car? I have the tank just behind the tail light inside the trunk near the navigator set up.

Engine vacuum is sucking it out. Your system is like a straw. I would disconnect it completely. You could get a pool of water in the intake and hydro lock the motor and blow it up.

Exactly. Take the line feeding the check valve off and you should be able to tell if it's bad with the engine on immediately since you will have a bad vacuum leak.

Agreed- Check Valve in your issue. I installed a 12V solenoid that is on same relay as my pump. If pump is not running, solenoid is closed. Also, solenoid is closed if it loses power so a good fail safe.

I identified the problem already. It is the check valve right after the TB. I have dual nozzles, one Post TB and Post IC. I just un plugged the check valve and tested it, flows from both sides, i think it was stock opened as "adianaty" stated before in his post.

Anyway, it is the time for solenoid.

Glad you found it! For some reason I have a hard time trusting the checkvalves and have opted to run two solenoids with my setup. I haven't seen one fail open yet so hopefully I'm not the first.

Also, do you have datalogs since I'm not happy with my setup (M3 at TB and M7 pre IC) and wanted to compare results with you since your combination seems similar.
