I am looking at E63s and C63s and this one is pretty much on top of my list.
What do you guys think?

1. there are options missing, pano roof, headlight washers
2. Although the exterior color is white and awesome the interior is not a desired color with the non designo wood.
3. It's an 09 so less than 500 were brought to the states. making it a bit more rare.
In the end it's your call if that's the car you want and what it's worth.

5k to 6k comes from me watching the price of the cars over the past 18 months on ebay and cars.com. You are buying a bit in the wrong season. FYI I bought my E63 2 years ago same miles close to the same price (A Bit more) but mine is a 2008. I have all options and Designo except I dont have Distronic and Performance Package.

That car did not sell for anywhere near 98k.
Some aftermarket warranties cover more than MB's extended and cost less.
If $55K is amount financed, spend some more time shopping, you could save ten-grand.
If $55k is cash in hand go lease/finance/buy a W212 E63

See if they'll split the $4,500 for the extra 2 years of warranty, that warranty will pay for itself and give you peace of mind.
If you like and want the car, make the best deal you can and buy it before someone else does!

I *just* got home from picking up my E55 from that exact same dealership (MB Greenway) for some repair work.
Replaced belt tensioner and belt, repaired leaking rear main seal, and replaced motor mounts.
Total cost: $2,608
Out of pocket: $37
I have NAC Pinnacle 4 year / 60k miles warranty. It cost me $4,200. I've owned this car for about 7 months now and in two service visits the warranty has already more than paid for itself. And it's transferable. I don't have any other experience with other warranties, but NAC Pinnacle has been perfect.
If you can save $5k on a car, drop it in a 5yr/75k "exclusionary" warranty with $0 deductible. I didn't get mine from Bruce but he has a good rep on here.
