Lowpro was running these headers when he made his 10.59 pass. Yes it is .08 slower than Rockets, but Lowpro also has fewer mods.

Definitely check the motor and trans mounts when swapping headers, I ended up having to take my headers back off to have the mounts replaced.

I wish i was running them but i got a deal on the kleemanns and a good friend does alot of custom fab work and said he wanted to build me a set for free i just supply the tubing/flange/gaskets so that was the plan. Now the motors out so he cant build them until the motor goes back in. He wanted to do a step header design with a custom 3.5 inch collector and x-pipe. Decisions decisions....

I can't remember, was Lowpro running nitrous like Rocket did for his pass?

It was all motor as well as 3 other passes under the old record. He's just hating lol. Come to the november shoot out were having and see what it does

Can someone educate me .whats the difference with Cats ,high flow cats, or no cats.
Also what's the best setup. LTH with high flowcats or Catless and Xpipe or resonator. I have a 2007 CLS63 currently have 2nd Cat delete and Xpipe in place of resonator. Ready for more power and guessing this is the next step to go.
Of course with a tune. Sorry for all the questions,want to make sure before I jump into it the wrong ways.Thanks advance for all your help and opinions!

having 1 set of cats in vs none will cost you about 13whp. The best setup for the 63's seems to be catless with an Xpipe.

I was talking the NA 63. On 55's Our headers alone w/secondary cats pick up around 45whp. if you delete all the cats you will drop about 5-8wtq, but pick up some horsepower.

Keep in mind guys I if you are looking for only headers we have some header only deals too. thay come with adapter pipes to mate to the stock system. PM me if all you want is headers. I have only headers (no mids) on my 55 and the power gains are awesome topping over 45whp.

Cool thanks Mike, I have your full bolt on headers to mid pipes. I'm putting them on this weekend. Since I have the secondary cats I will use them. I'll take the 5-8 rwtq

On the NA 63 its right at about 40whp. Keep in mind the stock testing that gave us the number of about 40 is from C 63 with no tuning. That means the throttle body was not fully open. Most of our E63 and CLS63 testing was done on cars with pre-existing tunes. Those results ended up with a car making upwards of 475 wheel horsepower. On a Supercharger CLS63 they help bring the power level up to well over 600whp.

Here is the CLS 63 with our system and a Weistec kit making a great noise and shooting flames at the end.
