I have the complete headers, cats and mid pipe to hook up to the stock resonator with one set of cats and all four O2 sensors installed and so far no check engine light and everything works great. By the time I smog my car fall 2013. They no longer will be doing tail pipe sniffer tests just plug in the ODB2 port and check for readiness and a visual.

Can you please PM the price for W211 e63 2008:
a.- Long headers, catted front pipes and center x pipe? - I plan to use stock mufflers. With this option, I would keep original O2 sensors and no CEL light, right?
what hp gains should I expect?
b.- Long header, cat deleted pipes and center x pipe with muffler?
I'm kind of scared about deleting cats - don't really yet understand what I have to consider to avoid CEL lights and where to tune in mexico my ecu.

Anyone switched who from Kleeman to MHB can you comment on the sound and power differences? I am hoping the MHB headers will not sound tinny like the kleemans do.

I'm sure Mike has been pretty busy. I've been working through an issue with him here lately and he can be a bit slow to respond. I'm still waiting on a response from him, but so far, despite being somewhat slow to respond, he has taken care of all of my issues and has been very helpful.
These headers are definitely worth the wait.

Sorry guys, I really have been swamped lately. That's a good thing though. If you want the fastest response, shoot me an email (listed below). Even though I am subscribed to this thread, I'm not getting email for every time someone posts. Don't know what's up with that. So If you have a question, shoot me an email. I'll do my best to get back to ya or answer any questions you got.
I'm really debating on bringing someone else on to help with the MBW stuff. As of right now its a one man show when it comes to responding to PM's (me). so it can get a bit overwhelming. With that said, I know replies can be a bit slow and I'm trying to work on that.
Right now we are about 2.5 weeks out on new header orders. Please feel free to shoot me an email, mike@mbhmotorsports.com

I have one question to owners of the headers:
These headers are fully welded and not single tubes, which get plugged together in a collector.
Is it possible to mount these headers with built in engine? Do I have to lift the engine to mount the headers?
My man at the shop told me not to buy headers like these, because installation wouldn't be possible without removal of the engine.
How did you install the headers?

If you look at the pics of the MBH headers, two pieces, one for each side of the engine. If the shop has a lift, then should be alot easier to install.
