I did a second run with no cool down to test launching technique before the track got shut down with a motorcycle crash.
I just mashed the pedal as fast as I could and the tires hooked right up and no spin. I had been doing a slow roll in so I would not blow through them.
Second run was done 7 minutes after the first with a hard stomp on the throttle.

I left after this run while they cleaned the track up.
Overall, I was hoping for better E/Ts today, but just did not happen.
Next time I will take out the floor mats!!

Uh oh....I better get out to the track right quick. You beat me into the 10s but I swore to myself I was going to beat you into the 9s. I am sure your car is going to be an absolute rocket, even moreso than before now that you are packing a big 3.0L Weistec unit.

Haha thanks! It will probably take a while before we get everything figured out. It sucks to be a pioneer until you get results. Weistec is making a mechanical bypass for my car. I've basically had the motor torn down to short block to make this work and have hit many obstacles and I'm sure there will be more. Get to the track! Nines are around the corner
