MBWorld Fanatic!
First time checking in with MBworld. My hands were full both at home and work. I was without power for four days, but I did very well with a generator.
I feel for a lot of people that lost EVERYTHING. I only had eight trees down on my property and all of them missed my house. Thank God.
Not sure if anyone saw the video on youtube (GFD2) - I'm at work so I can't cut and paste the link.
This is amazing to see a fire in the middle of the storm. Nobody was hurt - Three homes burned to the ground. Many more people could have been injured or killed if we didn't have the early warning.
Everyone be safe and count your blessings.

Glad to hear you are back up and without serious issues. We are still without utilities. The power authority latest estimate is 11/28 but we are hopeful to be back up next week. In the big picture, this is more of an inconvenience for us (family safe and home intact). My prayers go out to those who have lost family members and homes. We are going through all of our belongings and donating what we can. Take care.
