I was busy yesterday and I did not have time to post. When I check the forum today, I see this https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...cond-none.html . But not to hijack urbamworm’s thread, here’s again, the super customer service of Jerry/EuroCharged!
They had replaced my water pump pulley, then idler pulley of my C32 in the past with no charge. They had retuned my 2 Benz several times with no charge. And yesterday, again, I needed to enable the rear O2 sensor to get readiness for the smog. After several emails to Jerry, I downloaded the EuroChaged Flash and installed it. I then had issue that my laptop did not detect my cable. Jerry again remote in and installed the driver for me. It was around 4pm CA time so about 6pm his time. He was supposed to be at home with his family but he was there for me. After that, I was able to get the file and send it to him. Not expecting him to work on the file at night, I got the new file back in less than ˝ hr. For all that, how much do I have to pay? NOTHING!
Can you find this kind of service from other companies these days?

That is funny, I have only used the cable once before with him remoting in and didn't have a problem. Yesterday I downloaded and tried using the Euro-Flash and I too had trouble with my laptop not seeing the cable so I called and Jerry remoted in and fixed it for me.
Looked like he just went down to the bottom toolbar (bottom right corner) and clicked to install drivers for it. I have so much crap on my laptop I didn't even notice it down there since nothing popped up on the screen to install anything. Got me all sorted out though then installed my new tune.

Yes, I also used the cable before with the old remote flash with no issue and had driver issue on this new software, but "the guy" sorted it out. Most people don't post for appreciation but complain. Seeing your post, I am just wondering how many more out there Eurocharged has been helping who are silent or don't actually post here.

Oh I have talked to others who have had the same experience. Nothing but good stuff. I have met Jerry and Adam but not Jake just yet and they were cool guys.

I am a non drinker so you guys are a little to crazy for me, but I will hang with you until the bitter end, I have lots of practice on that. Give me 1 bottle of water and that is about it and I am good to go for hours haha.
