2002 C32 AMG
Part no. in UK have been updated, if you have provided them with your VIN and they will recommend you the most updated model.

I've just purchased one for C32 and the no. Is different.

Yes i did send them the vin number.. But it do not lock the same as QDF9V its like the flange to the cornwheel is diffrent. More like the BMW differential.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100072 Here are the one who lock like the QDF27B.

So do you Think that is an update ?

The qdf27b is an updated version of the qdf9v. There have been some general design improvements for weight saving, improvements in the lubricating system (over the very earliest versions of the qdf9v) and some tidying up of the general design. It is not really like the one photographed in the BMW forum, as that one is specifically for the BMW 335i Manual and early Automatic cars, and is dimensionally completely different. The qdf9v can be fitted in most of the cars that accept the qdf27b, but we only offer this later model now. We think the 9v will not be included in any future production and we think that all of the 9v units in circulation are part of some old stock imported to the USA by a former Quaife distributor.

Regards, Kevin.

You won't regret it. The Quaife is absolutely the best modification you can make to a powerful Benz. PM me your details including your VIN whan you are ready. Alternatively you can register your interest via the contact form on our website here. (that asks for all the important information to ensure we supply exactly the right parts) http://www.birdsauto.com/contact

Regards, Kevin.

I have a quick question. I happen to do a few Quaife installs a year and order a few. I wanted to know why you show different numbers for these than the Quaife website. The qdf9v1 and v2 are available and the current numbers. I also checked out your website and you have many listings that there are no part numbers for in the Quaife database. Is the U.S. distributor not in the loop on some of these? Is Quaife only supplying these to you guys?

The only website that has up-to date information is the birdsauto.com website.
http://www.birdsauto.com/quaife/sear...ercedes&s=&mi=
Quaife.co.uk is in the process of being updated. Maybe 5 more days to wait.
The list on quaifelsd.com, will be updated later.

Regards, Kevin.
