Blue Loctite Crank Bolt
I am installing my 180 pulley here in the next week or two when i get the chance and read alot of stories of the bolt backing out. Has anyone correctly torqued it to 200nm then 90 degrees and used Blue Loctite on the threads as this is my plan? I have a 180mm its at the shop I cant remember which it is welded or multi if my memory is correct its ASP

I have no experience with this, but to my knowledge it's best to use an ARP bolt and the special lubricant that comes with it ,I think ....got my bolt and lube from Shardul

This place is a joke.
If you're not installing the bolt with at least a 5 foot long breaker bar/ratchet then it's not tight enough. Yes, 5 feet long. We did hundreds of them at the dealership back in the early 2000's crank pulley failure days, and never had one come loose that was tightened that way.

Use the ARP bolt and a huge 3/4 drive torque wrench and use the factory MB tool to hold the pulley, otherwise you may regret it .
