Worst dealer ship ever
Well while watching my car get it's *oil* changed 6 techs standing around my car looking at the wheels and brakes well 30mins later my cars done 4 guys hop in my car 15 mins go by car still hasn't came around so I decided to walk out side and what do ya know my car comes hauling *** off the free way ( right next to the dealer ship) and kept going didn't even turn in. Showed up 10 minutes later I was absolutely livid. Service manager didn't do anything accept say my oil change was free (I supplied my own oil)....... He denied them all
Hopping in my car for a "joy ride" when I saw all of them drive by me needles to say. Worst dealer ship ever
End rant....

Definitely I would report that with Mercedes Benz directly.
I have a very trusted dealership from where I picked up my personaly W211 E350 from and I trust them with my car however this has me thinking.

Why do they need to test drive the car AT ALL for a simple oil change? Let a lone packed full with 4 guys... You should of not left without this being resolved. Ask to talk to the GM of the dealership and called MBUSA while in the building. NEVER leave unless you are satisfied with the services rendered or it makes it hard to validate your story.
True, but he would have to explain to the officer why he was driving a customer car outside of the traffic laws, with 4 guys in the car... Probably would prompt the cop to call the dealer to get to the bottom of it.

This is a good example to the guys who "trust" their dealer, LOL
Will repeat again, ask the lube jockey if he has a recognized mechanical certificate to work on cars.
The keys are given to the SA who then takes full responsibility of your car. If he then gives them to Buck Rogers of the interplanetary racers club, then he is still responsible. LOL, Judge Judy
