This place is a joke.
NO. That's WAY too much. As stated, .35 to .45mm. And, please stop posting multiple new threads for your questions, it tends to get annoying and people will be less likely to help.

How old is your pulley? Mine had/does have a larger gap that spec indicates, but Shardul says it will closeup after a while. I'll check mine again today.

Its about 3 months or so ..see the thing that I was told if its a bigger gap I will eventually brake because when s/c engages it will pull the plate back so thats what happen to me :/ ..and now my engagement plate is loose but I hope eurocharged can replace this ..
Also with a bigger gap I nptoce it will take longer for my sc to kik in and I felt my car retarded and now that I took the shim out cloesd the gap a lil more it feels responsive ..but its still broken

Mine is exactly like that with out shims and I have a very bad s/c clutch engagement I wonder if it's from that?

Oh the pulley is Sharduls smaller clutched s/c pulley if that matters?

Oh it was because Shardul said it pretty much was new only the pulley it self was slightly used (so bearing and the springs were new)but I bought it to get by till EC finalized the tune for the 77mm clutch less S/C pulley I got from Shardul as well..
