Looks really good bro! I seen your posts on SVT Performance, I just crossed over as well. Sold the 03 Cobra and got an 05 E55. Time to start modding!

Damn, you're making me jealous! I just got my drag setup ready too, but the track closes for the year this week and here's our lovely weather report:

Looks like my brand new Hoosiers are going to be sitting in the garage until March. :-(

Same exact wheel I am going to use for drag radials, what did you drill your bolt holes out too? And what tires?

No drilling needed, these are OEM monoblocks in 18x9.5 and I went with 305 Mickey Thompson drags.

Using spares for the front runners? Did the Mono's come from a 129? Any spacers required?

Ah I see, so not the same as mine, I have 17X8.5" AMG Mono blocks but the bolt holes are a smaller diameter than the E55 bolts. These are what I have http://www.amgkit.com/EBMS/Catalog/P...=1844&OrderBy=

Hey car looks like its all business... I'm sure you will dig in pretty hard with those 305s. How do they fit on the 9.5" wheel? Are they on the big side to begin with? Does the narrower wheel help pull the sidewalls in a slight bit? I know mustangs and CTS-Vs use the 305 M/Ts on stock 19x 9.5 wheels. I'm sure it won't be long before we see what they can do. Good luck!!

I could never hook up the Hoosier 255 50 16 once I went to 3000 stall and 3.06 gear. This will be my first time with this wheel tire on the strip.

Yes Nolan, they are spare 18" rims with 215 45 18 tires. This Friday is a no go Stevie, Halloween with the baby's Friday night.

Looks great Craig. I hope you and Jason make it to Beech Bend on Saturday. The fun starts at noon. Low DA and sticky track.
If you guys leave Buckhead around 6am you'll be at Bowling Green right as the gates open.

Not coming this weekend fellas, need an alignment, fill up with ms109 and spray the small shot to make sure it all gels. I will then do some street pulls to check the shifting on the race gas and spray.

I don't want to drive up all that way without making 100% sure I am good to go

Anthony/Stevie, are you guys dragging this weekend?

Nice! It sure looks intimidating!

The weather down here in Houston is begining to get perfect! A few weeks from this Friday some of us from work are heading down to the track to race. The lady is going to drive my Benz against a few Mustangs and I am running the truck against an 05 Vette with 3.90 gears, FAST intake, cam, headers, tune for $100.
