Brembo Rotor Rings
I have one pair of unused Brembo rotor rings for the two piece rotors found on 211 E63's. I am looking for $250 for the pair, this is a considerable savings over buying a rotor and it will allow you to re-use your aluminum hats. If anyone is interested please PM or message me in this thread.
SOLD

So where did you get the friction rings from, because I'm sure that other E63 owner would love to know. Replacing just the friction rings is a lot better then buying the whole expensive assembly.

They're available. I believe one of the suppliers that my housemate's indy shop uses sells them. I'll ask him about it and update this when I hear back.
edit: Just saw the post below mine, they may be aftermarket ones then. I could also be totally wrong as it's been awhile since I had him look into this.

I literally had to purchase two rotors just to get the hats, Brembo won't sell the rings separately. If I ever figure out a part number, I will share. We tried out a set of replacement rings on the race car recently that were slotted but not drilled to combat cracking and it worked out quite well.

Just talked to my housemate. His suppliers don't sell just the rotor part so I must have seen them for sale elsewhere. I can't remember where it was though.
At least he can get me the 2-piece Brembo rotors for just a hair over $300 each.

I check out the website, and the prices are incredible, I know where I will be buying parts at in the future. I just bought replacement 2 piece rotors for $798, and I thought those were a steal. But at $300, your a lucky man.

It's nice being able to get parts at their costs and having them the next day. Surprisingly they aren't always cheaper than buying online though. Some stuff he can't even come close on the prices. I bought motor mounts from AutoHausAZ because they were way cheaper than what he could get them for.

I also buy parts from AutohausAZ, RockAuto and the dealership, I have a good friend that also happens to be the shop foreman at MB of Arlington, and I can get parts at cost. But it's still MB prices. An example; One 2 piece rotor for my car cost $1156 (dealership), employee cost $700. Your still looking at $1400 for a set, as they (dealership) are extremely hesitant to sell you just one. For this price, I can buy them from FCP Euro, as this is the best price around at the moment.

Wear and tear too, it's game changing. I bought the Brembo two piece rotors from FCPEuro for my 07 E63, perfect fit from oem supplier and best value I'm aware of.
