You can put the washer on without the dowel pins and you will be fine.

Thanks shardul! So when I took it off the old pulley slid right off.. now the new one doesn't want to go on and neither does the old one lol.. I've cleaned the shaft and it has no burrs and I put a little oil on it but still nothing.. I also tried heating the pulley at 170 for 15 min in the oven and that did absolutely nothing.. do you know what I should do? Thanks!

it is a very tight fit. use a rubber mallet and tap and rotate and it will slide on

Thanks shardul!! It's on and everything is back together.. I didn't change any of the shims because Eurocharged told me as long as I can get a credit card in the gap and it's not tight but not loose it should be fine and that's what it was with the factory pulley.. it's about the same with the new one maybe a hair bigger.. the card will fit but I have to put it in very gently to stay up without falling into the space.. I measured the card and it's .75mm.. keep in mind this is with the motor cold (hasn't run in days).. should this be checked when cold or when the engine is warm? Do you think I'm okay? Don't want to take this thing off after what I went through and after the loctite! Thanks again for your help!

Thanks again shardul I guess I'm glad I didn't take the shim out.. I just drove it and shut the motor off and now there is no gap!! It must not be close enough to stop it from spinning freely because it does but I can't get my credit card in there, so guess checking it while hot is the way to go!!

Hey shardul, I want to thank you for all your help! I installed my 83mm supercharger pulley yesterday and the gap seemed on the large side but after a drive it's nice and tight now! However I noticed one of the rivets on the pulley holding the spring seems to be crooked... damn!!! Do you think I should make Eurocharged replace it or do you think it will be ok? Thanks again!!

Here is a picture of it and one of the other ones.
